I was kind of surprised how easy the parts were to find. Usually it feels like they hide this stuff on purpose so you end up buying a whole new thing, but I found what I needed quickly and it showed up fast too. No complaints from me.

I had a little problem with my order so I messaged Comgrow 3D Printer support, wasn’t expecting much or a fast answer. But they got back to me the same day and helped me sort it out without making it all confusing. It took a few messages back and forth, but they was nice and explained things clear enough. Overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

I ordered this from comgrow and just followed the setup instructions that came in the box. I’m not really the most technical person, but the steps were clear enough and I was able to get everything put together without feeling totally lost.
I did have one quick moment where I wasn’t sure about a cable, but the pictures helped me figure it out. It worked on the first try after setup, which was a really nice surprise. I’m happy with the purchase and would order from comgrow again...

I bought this from comgrow it seemed fine for the first couple of weeks. Setup wasn’t too painful, and once I got it going, the prints were decent enough for what I expected.

After that, though, the hardware started feeling flimsy. Screws kept loosening, one bracket felt cheap, and a part wore down way faster than it should have. The frustrating part was I never really felt like it was clear who was supposed to take responsibility for it, comgrow, the manufacturer, or support in general. It felt like I was just getting bounced around instead of someone owning the issue.

Support wasn’t awful, but I don’t want to spend this much time fixing something I just bought. I ended up tinkering with it more than actually using it. Giving it 2 stars because it did work at first, but it definitely didn’t hold up

I got a 3D printer from Comgrow i was surprised by how well it was packed. Everything felt sturdy coming out of the box, and after a bit of setup, the prints have been coming out clean. For the price, the quality is better than I expected. Makes you wonder why some other brands charge so much for basically the same kind of experience.

I had a feeling the warranty process might take a bit, and it did take a few emails to get everything sorted. But in the end, they sent the replacement and it all worked out fine

The prints have been coming out really nice most of the time. I did notice a few rough layers here and there, but nothing that ruined the results or made me regret using it. Overall, I’m happy with how it performs, and it’s a good feeling when a print finishes and actually looks like I hoped it would

I’ve had this printer running for a few months now and, to be fair, it hasn’t given me any weird errors or random stops. After dealing with printers that suddenly flake out, I’m still kind of waiting for something to go wrong, but so far it’s just been doing its job.

Plugged it in. Cura picked it up. No drama.

I picked up this upgrade kit from comgrow for my Ender 3, and it was mostly compatible like they said. I did have to search around for one small wiring detail, but once I figured that out, everything worked fine. Shipping was decent too. I’m taking one star off because the instructions was a little confusing in spots and could be clearer
